3) Start your claim (or call us first). Call your insurer to open a claim, then call Frameworks at (513) 638‑4916. We can write an estimate, help with the paperwork, and arrange towing if needed.
4) Bring the vehicle to us. We’ll perform a thorough teardown once approved, order parts, and update you through to delivery.
You have the right to choose your repair shop. In Ohio, insurers can recommend facilities but can’t require you to use them. Tell your adjuster you’re using Frameworks Collision and share our info.

Yes. We work with all insurance companies, but we work for you. Bring us your claim number (if you have one) and we’ll coordinate the estimate, approvals, and repairs.
If your policy includes rental coverage—or the other driver’s insurer accepts liability—a rental is typically covered during repairs. We’re happy to help coordinate the rental once your claim is underway.
