I can't even describe how Sergay and his team fought for us and went above and beyond! Our vehicle was in a nasty t-bone collision right before Christmas Eve. Beechmont Ford tried to tell us our vehicle was fixable!! We brought it to Sergay as he was recommended to us by a friend, and he took our SUV apart and found things that could not be fixed and would be dangerous for us to even drive the vehicle. Sergay ended up getting our vehicle totaled and truly put us first! He didn't care about making a dime off us or fixing stuff, he cared about the safety of our family. There are no words to explain what that means to us. Sergay thank you to your team, yourself and for making sure at the end of the day our family would be safe!!! We appreciate you so much and will never use another body shop again. You gained customers for life and we have 4 girls (1 that has her temps) so be ready :)

Extremely pleased in the quality of work from Sergey and his team at Frameworks! I am extremely picky with my vehicles and was impressed by the way Sergey worked with me. Working in the car business daily this is by far the best quality paint and body work I have seen!! They took care of my truck like it was their own personal vehicle! No question where I will take my vehicle if paint and body work is ever needed! Top notch shop in every way! Thanks again everybody!

I was referred to Frameworks by another local business, After Warranty, after we got into a fender bender. Frameworks was such a great partner, advocating for us to get the best quality repair with our insurance company, doing high quality work, keeping us informed and doing it all at a very reasonable cost. I have never had such a great experience with a body shop. We have referred others to Frameworks and they say the same. Sergei was wonderful to work with - We will never go anywhere else!

So unfortunately I had a bad accident that actually involved 2 of my vehicles and both were in pretty bad shape. I called several body shops trying to find one that could get my cars in a asap but most weren't able to get me in for several weeks. I called frameworks and talked to Sergey and he was more than helpful and got me in the very next day to access the damage on both vehicles. I've never had a car totaled out before and he helped me with the whole process on both vehicles. I will definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks again for everything you guys did for me!!!

Sergey and his team did an A+ repair on our van that had been hit in the rear. Always excellent communication and worked hard to get the appropriate settlement amount from the insurance company!

I found these guys through Google. All reviews are great. So I went there, and drove my Tacoma truck, the tailgate needed to get painted (small dents, touch up paint). Sergey looked at it and gave me a quote, half of the price from other auto body shops. Most of the cars being worked on at his shop were high-end/expensive cars. He promised me 3-4 days to get it done. After 2 days, he called me and said the truck was done and ready for pickup. I am so pleased with the outcome. I already told 2 of my friends about this place since they're looking for a good, and reliable with reasonable price. Definitely I will spread the good words for this shop. Sergey is extremely nice, patient and pleasant person to deal with. Repaired car of mine looks like new. He is also very experienced and good at dealing with the insurance company. He told the insurance company NO when they wanted to replace my car door with a used rusted door and Sergey encouraged the insurance company to do the right thing and replace the door with a new one even though my car was 14 years old. He sticks up for the customer while other collission companies want to please the insurance company for referrals.

I chose Frameworks due to several great recommendations. Sergey was extremely helpful and treated my vehicle as his own. Very transparent and no run around with needing to have issues addressed. 10/10 will recommend in the future

Top notch craftsmanship! I recently was involved in an accident and had my buick lucerne repaired here. My primary concern was the paint matching due to a prior experience with another shop not being able to make it happen on a previous car I owned. Serge (the owner) assured me that they could and he was correct. Just got my car back today and its spot on, I really couldn't be happier! They also detailed the inside of my car at no charge to me and the leather looks great. If your unfortunate enough to need a body shop in the future I strongly recommend Frameworks!!!

I went here after being reccomended. I needed two bad dents fixed on my Jetta. They did paintless dent removal and It was like magic.Love my VW and nice to see her cleaned up. Will go here for all my body and paint needs.

this is my go to place for paint work. they have done a lot of paintwork for me and all of it is fantastic, I recommend this shop if you need any work done on your car.

Just started going here at the recommendation of a friend, the Cornfed Camel. Quickly found out these guys can do anything...paint, body work, ceramic coating, performance...everything. Was going to buy a kit for a headlight conversion on my car and Sergey told me "don't waste your money, i can make that for you and install it" ...turned out perfect. Highly recommend for anything you need done from maintenance to high performance.

I have been taking my Nissan Sentra here for many years. If it wasn't for Frameworks I would of had to sell it or scrap my car but they fixed it every time. My car is running great and the prices and time it took them to do a job was fantastic unlike other auto shops who charge you an arm and a leg then act like they don't want to fix your car. So overall I give them high marks and tell others to come here too for their auto needs.

Really happy with my experience @frameworks, these guys were straight forward and polite and help you with anything you need! They are quick to address and concerns you man have, just overall very pleased with my experience! definitely would recommend them to anyone!
